Karachi: The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 9, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. have resolved to establish a wholly owned subsidiary by the name of Agriauto Stamping Company (Private) Limited and to invest an amount up to Rs. 1.050 billion (Rupees one billion and fifty million only) in such subsidiary. The Board of Directors shall be taking all steps required for and in connection with the incorporation of the new subsidiary.
Agriauto Stamping Company (Private) Limited is being incorporated for the purposes of carrying out the business of stamping of sheet metal parts, sub-assembly operations, dies/checking fixtures/jigs manufacturing primarily for automotive sector. The production from the new facility is likely to commence from July 2014.
